In this chapter, we learn that the punishment for naughty behavior is a slap on the rear end, but that's just not the way it's supposed to be done. In fact, we're not sure that slapping the rear ends is the best way to punish bad behavior. We're starting to wonder if slapping the back of the head is actually a good way to teach bad guys a lesson. In other words, slapping your rear end isn't really a bad punishment for bad guys, but slapping your back is a pretty bad punishment when you're dealing with other people's butts. So we've got a whole new set of punishments for naughty guys. First off, let's take a look at a city called Magura, which is built on top of a giant marble watchtower. Magura is the guy who's responsible for all of the "fouling" of the butts in the bathhouse. He's the one who should be apologizing for it, since he's a friend of Magura's, but he doesn't know how to do it. He thinks that Magura sold him out for a "pop idol" , but what's he really thinking? What if he really did break his tailbone? What would he do? He'd sell his own friends out? What's more, he thinks that he should be angry with the other guys for breaking his own tailbone, even though they didn't do anything wrong? He thinks they should be mad at one another for hurting him, but not at Magura for breaking their tailbone. He also thinks that maybe they're both just "struggling to survive" . He says that maybe he should have just fought back
