So they have to use a special "app" to read the serial number on the back of your phone, which is what they did with the "copy and paste" technology. They also have to figure out how to launch the app into the "real world" by using the "cap" function on the phone. So the only way to do this is to use the "app," which is basically the same thing that the admins used to do on their first day back at work. The admins never took any of the lives they took from the people in the "social network," so they can't do anything with them anymore. They can just go back to their jobs.
