In this chapter, we are introduced to the "Chief Planner" and his band of merry men. The Chief Planner is a young pirate who threatens his victims with a bow and arrow. He reveals the status of any player who is seen in the smartphone camera. He then swaps the statuses of the summoners and the target players. The latter is able to summon monsters, but only with a small amount of charge. The only way to summon a decent monster is to charge up the summoner's battery, but with only 2 percent left, he can't even summon anything decent. He tells us that the only thing he can do is tell his friends that he beat the professor in marble. Yuma mukai uses the monster's ability to tell him that he is the only one alive who can die prouder than he himself. He exclaims, "Live a rotten life / Die a prouder, death / That's all that's left of me" . He's not sure what's going on with the Chief Planner, but he does know that he's in for a rude awakening. The chief planner blinks, and the dungeon is reopened. Ayame and chan are left alone, and Yuma tells them that they can lose marble if they act like the monster is in the bag. He says that they're just like friends, and that he won't get involved in the game until he kills the chief planner.
