In this chapter, we learn that the protagonist of the story is a young girl who has just tried to commit suicide. She's called "the cherry hunter girl" because she's from the "cherry-wooing" region of Japan, which means she has a lot of free time. We learn that this girl has a crush on the protagonist's father, a shoujo artist named "Marble" , and that he's the one who canceled all of her other manga series because he didn't like the way they were being drawn. The protagonist is all, "I don't know what I'm doing here, but I've tried to launch three series and they've all been canceled because they're just not interesting enough for me" . He's also a big fan of pornography, but he doesn't want to be a part of it either. He wants to be part of the "high road" with his manga, which is to say, he wants to draw something that's going to get the most attention from the readers. He also wants to make sure that his protagonist is a good role model for his next character, so he decides to call her "Karua Sakura sme sama," which basically means "I'm going to be the next character in your manga series." This is the first time the protagonist has ever said anything like, "Hey, I'd like to be your next character." The protagonist then goes on to say that her crush, the protagonist, is amazing, but she always comes in second place to her crush. He then turns his back on her, and the protagonist realizes that this is how she turned her life around. She calls herself "the "cherry hunter girl," which means "the new
