Ataru and his brother chan discuss their sibling rivalry. chan tells chan that they need to get along, but chan says that he'd rather die than fight with his brother. Ataru says that chan is the president of ra and that they've got permission from him to burn down the house they're staying in, so they can do whatever they want with it. They're not going to run away from each other, they say, and they'll kill each other if they have to. They don't have a license to do anything, so chan promises to kill chan soon. They can't run away, he says, and neither of them can escape. He says that all of this was decided for them from the moment they were born, and he swears he's going to kill him soon. He's too busy looking for yuma to think about anything else. He wonders why yuma has changed so much in such a short period of time. He thinks that the shock of the games must have opened the box of memories that yuma used to have, and changed him back into his old self. He guesses that he got it wrong, and that the good one came before the evil one. The two brothers look at each other and wonder where they are.
