Using the car's camera to look around the town is a great way to see what's going on in the real world, and it's also a good way to find rare monsters, since they're harder to find than normal monsters. The narrator gives us a few examples of rare monsters: a shy demon that builds out polished metal, a large, harmless rodent, a giant fan of almost spoiled cheese, a rumor-mongering bird monster, and a priest who removes all abilities on the target. He also gives us some more examples of how to find these rare creatures: a large rodent that lives in a large colony, producing vast quantities of offspring; a huge fan of nearly spoiled cheese; a rumormonger bird monster that copies other peoples voices; and a large harmless rodent that looks on its face like a villain. He's worried that the two smugrats are trying to steal all of his money, and he wants to smash up their company. He wants to make a rare monster that will make his girlfriend laugh at him.
