He's not exactly a household name, but he's got a pretty good idea of what's going on in the world of Verona. We learn that the young man's name is "latio" and that he came to Verona to "protect" himself from the "swanky king" . We also learn that he has a pretty impressive scar on his forehead, which we're pretty sure belongs to "the sagarian prince" who killed a lion.
