The next morning, the Governess wakes up to find that the demon has gone mad. The Governess explains that the black fox has been giving her life force, but that he can't get it back fast enough. She tells him that the memories of only two witnesses are enough to keep her from taking the demon down. She asks if the money has gone missing, and he tells her that it has. He says that he will cut through her main artery with his teeth if she doesn't cooperate.
