The monster tells the monster that he suspected it was the monster, but he doesn't have enough evidence to prove it. Seven people have died since the beginning of the year, and all seven have had their hearts ripped out of their chest. The monster asks the monster if he would give one of the victims back to him, but the monster says that he killed half of the race and that he has no business punishing the other half. He also says that the monster has no right to kill him now, because no one will ever find out what he did. He says that his magic potion is wearing off, and he feels a chill creeping up in his chest.
