The Governess and the Governess go to the cafeteria to have lunch, but they're interrupted by the arrival of a stranger named Mi--the Governess's "new human" . Mi is shocked to learn that the stranger has come to congratulate her on her recent admission to the university, and Mi tells her that she's been around him for a long time, and that he's a good friend. Mi says that she doesn't know how to be friends with people who are so clumsy, but Mi says she'll learn to be better at it if she does it more often. Mi tells Mi that she forgot to bring her library card with her to the school, so Mi asks Mi if she can borrow a gate to let her in. Mi explains that she needs a pass to enter the school because she was in such a bad pain that she had to get a doctor's note to prove that she was okay. Mi then asks Mi what she should do, since Mi has been talking about her to Mi for days. Mi suggests that Mi and Mi's friend, Cai--whom Mi calls "the new human"--go look for a place to eat, since there's still one day before they'll be allowed into the school.
