In this short scene, Desdemona explains to Ned how he feels about his encounter with the vampire. He tells her that he cannot die, and that she saved his life, so he has to see what he has done to her. He says that humans are fragile in their eyes, and he will get a grip on her and cut through her main artery with his teeth. He promises that he will drink every drop of his blood until she is nothing but a corpse.
