In this chapter, we learn that Ming-Ling is a loyal man, and that he has set up a special teleporting spot in order to make sure that Ming and Ling can get to the "wujian region" easily. He also explains that he put a similar spell on Ming's little girlfriend, and Ming can still send her with him if he needs her help. Ming says that he will repay Ming when he gets the chance. He wishes the statues looked ancient, and he wishes the spell was still intact. He says that this is his first time releasing his "spirit piece" on purpose, so he doesn't want anyone else to have it.
