In the midst of the battle, Ming-liang finds a letter from the king of the neighboring kingdom of Lin-lun. The letter tells Ming-lun that his country is in danger, but that he should not worry, because his country will easily defeat the neighboring countries one by one. Ming-lan says that he has always wanted to confront Lin-yuan, but he has changed his mind now that he sees Ming-Lin.
