In this short scene, Cai Mingyu prepares to leave the kingdom of Zhao and return to his father's side. He tells his father that he will force his father to make him the new king of Zhejiang. He also tells him that he is certain that Linyuan has placed all of his men under his command. He asks his father what he will do when he becomes queen. He says that he would rather live a life of peace with only one man than to live with the threat of death. He adds that if he dies before he can find Linyuan's men, he can go to them for help, and they will bring him back. Cai is not sad about this, he says, because he is going to be the new queen of his country. He gives his father the "dream perfume," which is the rarest of all the perfumes in the kingdom, and asks him to take it with him. He then tells Cai that he feels like he has lost a lot of women, but now that he only has her, he will never kill his women.
