About This Chapter
In the palace, the king's father tries to convince his son to retreat, but the king refuses. He says that he has already killed the prime minister of the kingdom of Missouri and that if it were not for him, the emperor of Mongolia would lead a war against the king of China. The king says that his plan has gone wrong, and that he will not be able to continue as emperor even if he kills him now. He tells his son that he knows the whereabouts of the missing crown prince of Mongolia, who was once a slave at his mansion. The prince is now dead, and the king blames his decision to kill him on the fact that he did not know the details of the prince's background.
