The young woman wonders why his father hesitated and did not make a decision, and wonders if it was because of his mother, who is in her late 50s. She says that she is not sure about her mother's relationship with her son, but that he was kind to her when he was younger. He is not like her mother or her grandmother, she says, and he would defend her in her own way. She wonders why he has such a soft heart and why he is so grumpy. He says that he does not like to hurt anyone, even in his temper. He goes on to say that he went to school to make his stepmother uncomfortable, even if his aunt came back, but he still refused to leave the place where he was living. He wonders how he could be so fortunate to meet such a perfect woman. He asks her how she spent her spring festival before he met her. She replies that if she had her aunt back, she would spend the festival with her, and if she did not have her aunt, she could spend it with him. She asks him to come back to her house and meet her parents.
