The chapter opens with a speech by one of the students who made the big speech at the end of the previous chapter. He tells the audience that he is a poor student who has failed his last test. He wants to give a speech to a teacher who does not like poor students. The teacher is talking about "mosquito" . The student tells the teacher not to treat poor students badly. He also tells her not to give up on students who are still working hard. He adds that if the teacher does not treat the students badly, he will get slapped on the face.
