"I'm annoyed" , the narrator says. She's annoyed that she's not being more attentive to her, and that she didn't notice that she was being affectionate earlier in the scene. She wants to know why she was so nervous the first time they did it, and why she pretended to be nervous the second time around. The narrator is happy now that they're done with it.
