About This Chapter
In the third and final part of the fight, Tamura tells Yudai that if he doesn't pin Tamura, he'll never get any points. Tamura points out that Tamura's body is different from that of a boxer or a muay thai fighter, and that's why Tamura needs to work on his technique. He also points out how Tamura is going to try to use an armbar to get out of the way when he's trying to transition from the ground to the air. Yudai tries to pin him, but Tamura catches him and knocks him down. Both striking judges have awarded Tamura 14-20, but the grappling judge has given Tamura a score of 6-10, so the fight is still tied. If Tamura manages to get another take down, it will put him ahead of Tamura and give him the lead. But if Tamura gets another one, it's going to be a straight-up fight.
