In this first part of the story, we learn that the owner of the gym where the fight is taking place is none other than the man who raped and murdered his wife. The man, who we now learn is called "Tachiashi," is a former student of Tachiashi's. He tells us that he is now seven years old, and that he and two of his friends have been hired to work as errand boys for the "yakuza" . He says that he wants to put his sister through college, but that she will probably have to go back to her family in the U.S.
