In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, a young woman named "Shop" , who's about to make her debut in mixed martial arts. She's a little too young to fight, but she's got a lot going for her, including a pretty good kicking style. We're also introduced to her sparring partner, "Makine," who is a little older than "Shop," but he's also a good fighter, too. We learn that "Shop's" opponent, "Mimaki," has been practicing her ground game, and that she'll probably be able to get away with a lot of kicks in this fight. We also learn that Mimaki's knee is pretty bad, which means that her opponent is probably going to have to stay on the ground for the rest of the fight.
