In this chapter, the reader is introduced to the concept of the "Lachter of the Realm of Imagination" . The lachter is a type of human being who uses imagination to create things. There are two kinds of Lachters, the "reality lachter" and the "phantasy Lachter." The first type is like Master, the second is like me. Master's reality Lachter is amazing, but it's extremely difficult to use. The more difficult thing for a lachter to do is to understand everything. For example, if he wants to build a knife, he'll have to invent the exact same knife by himself. The time and effort it takes to create a knife is beyond imagination. The other side of the lachter coin is that there are many inferior races with him in this "cramped place."
