Okay, now we're back in Hiroshige's apartment. He's super bummed that he's not having sex with anyone. He wants to get his clothes dirty so he can go back to his office and get some work done. He also wants to take off his shoes so he doesn't have to walk around the apartment looking like a total sissy. Okay, fine. He says he'll do it anyway. The concierge tells him to take a sip of his orange liquor and then he can talk to her. He asks her about her younger brother, Shmoop, and she says she didn't realize they were siblings until she was in her early 20s. She tells him she's been doing all kinds of new jobs lately and she'd really like to get back to her old life. She also tells him that her brother is coming over to see her soon.
