In this short scene, we learn that Hiroshi has three children and that he is working as his assistant. He tells us that he does not love his wife, but he does love his job. He says that he has been spending more time at work than before, and he wonders if they should message each other regularly to make sure that they are on the same page. He wonders if it would be easier to say something in a message than to meet up with someone at the last minute. He has been assigned to write on top of his work, which sounds like a super-haughty boss. He wants to ask her for his job, too, but she will not believe him if he thinks he is jealous and narrow-minded.
