He hates the town because it's empty, with no greenery, no festivals, and no shopping centers. He wants to go back to his hometown and become his husband. He thinks that he will be able to have the same life as his parents, who grew up in the same town as him. He wonders if he should just watch his girlfriend leave him without a word, because she'll be raped by another man.
