It's been a while since we've seen each other, but we're back in this chapter. We're introduced to a new character, the "acting president" of the company. He's the guy who's supposed to be in charge of all the company's advertising and public relations efforts. We learn that he's just been appointed to this position, which means that he has a lot of work to do.
