Hiroshi and Mr. M. leave to go to the theater, and Hiroshi tells Mr. Manette that he's going to get a tattoo of a woman's hand. He's not sure if it's a man or a woman, but he'd like to try it himself. Mr. Masji and Hirohito arrive, and the two men talk about the upcoming weekend. Hiroshi says that he can't wait to get back to his normal life, since he'll be spending the weekend with another woman. He wonders what he should do now that Aegon is spending the evening with another girl. He wishes he could go back to the way he was before, when he used to be with her, but now that he is a member of society, he doesn't want to go back.
