We're introduced to a new character named Aika, who's just returned from a trip to the seashore. She's super excited to be at the beach with her friends, and she's psyched to be able to show off her new hairstyle. Aika's friends tease her for letting her hair grow until she reaches a certain goal, like becoming "a wonderful undine" like her friend, Athena. At the end of the scene, Aika asks if she can hang out with her today, and Aika says no.
