Akari asks him if he'd like to come along with him on his tour of the city. The man says that he doesn't need a tour guide, since he knows the city very well. He also tells Akari that he can take on passengers as long as he has an instructor with him. He explains that the city is very, very complicated, and it takes a lot of manual labor to do all the household chores. He says that his daughter and husband want to visit the city just to see it, but he can't understand why they'd want to spend so much money on a city like this, especially since it's so complicated. He tells them that there are times when he gets lost in the city, and they stop for a baked potato, which makes him feel a little better.
