About This Chapter
In this short scene, Akari tells us that the town of Aria is in the middle of a big storm, and that everyone is out and about. Akari wonders why all the women in the town are wearing flowers on their chests. He's thinking about giving them to his wife, but he doesn't want to be seen as a "sideburns" guy. He decides to go out and buy a bunch of roses to give to his "eternal ilove" for his wife. He explains that the tradition of giving a red rose to a loved one dates back to ancient times, when a nobleman fell in love and was killed in battle. The red rose is a symbol of eternal love, and Akari thinks that this is the day he's going to receive a single rose from a man.
