The next morning, the captain tells his men that he's going to take a break from sleeping with other soldiers. He tells them that if they're bad, he'll stop sleeping with them. The captain tells them to kiss, but they don't want to do it, so he tells them not to get caught. He says that he was just getting too excited, and that it was probably just a rat. When the staff sergeant comes to check on the captain, he finds that the captain looks worse than he did the night before. The staff sergeant tells the captain that they'll be able to get him back to his unit in five minutes, and the captain says that's what they should do. He's just having trouble sleeping, he says, and he doesn't think it's his injuries. The sergeant tells him to get on the truck and go to the doctor, but the captain refuses, saying that he just feels a little dizzy.
