The next morning, Duvadll and his men return to the camp. Duvadell tells his men that they have to go back to the sick bay to rest. He tells them that the mammalian army has managed to push back the imperium without letting them react. He says that the leading role in the war will soon be won by the "mammalian army" . The men decide to move on to another part of the camp to prepare for the next attack.
