Each of the competitors in the food competition is eating a huge slice of pizza. Each one of them has been instructed to eat one-fifth of the pizza. This is the trick that the opce uses to get people to eat quietly. The only person who has eaten more than half of his pizza is the masked man. The other three women are also eating half of their pizza.
