The other guy will have to eat even more rice to get second place, but that's okay, because he's already beaten the other guy in the town where they're from. So, if you're wondering why he can't eat, it's because he was the biggest eater in his town. He's also the mayor of his town, which means he can eat whatever he wants, even if the guy at work doesn't want to. The only problem is that neither of the other guys can eat the rice balls, so they'll both lose in the final round of the competition in a week's time. Woohoo! The guy at the top of the heap will get to meet the other two at the final competition, and he'll be the one to beat.
