About This Chapter
In this chapter, we learn that no one at the prison has been infected with the typhus, and that the entire operation has gone according to plan. The only problem, however, is that the only person who knows what's going on is Hiroyuki, and he's not happy about it. He wants to know what the heck is going on. He asks his brother-in-law, San, to explain to him. He also wants to hear about the girl who got infected at the academy, and how he was able to hack into the prison's system to find out what was going on there. He's also curious about the key logger, which was given to him by Hiroyuki. The key logger is a tool that people use to steal information from customers. In other words, people set it up on their own computers and then use it to spy on them. In this case, it was after Hiroyuki lost contact with his father, so they were able to get back at him with the information they stole from the prison. The problem is that even if the prison doesn't have the infection, there's still the possibility that the sewer pipes could be contaminated with the disease, which would make the prison even more vulnerable to infection. So, the problem is not that the prison isn't infected, but that the sewage pipes could still be contaminated by the disease. The solution, says Hiroyuki is to take down all of the terrorists at once.
