About This Chapter
The next morning, the Governess goes to Orsino's apartment to find out what's going on. She's worried that something is wrong with Orsino, but she can't figure out what it is. The Governess tells her that they're going to keep an eye out for signs of a crime, and that she's enrolled in a civil-crime prevention program, which means she'll be able to track down any clues that might lead them to a crime scene. They'll also keep a close eye on her bedroom, since Orsino doesn't seem to have a lot of imagination. The two of them talk about how they feel like they've "come home" back to their roots, and how Orsino is going to have to explain why he's in her apartment. He's not sure what to say, but he knows that if he leaves his mini-van behind, Orsino will know that he was in her room, and she won't need him anymore. Orsino says that he called and told Orsino that she was coming too, but Orsino didn't want to see him anymore, so he left. He says that it looks like Orsino just had an "anxiety attack," and that Orsino was fine, but there's a knock at the door, and it's just a staff member.
