In the third floor basement of the building, there is an outbreak of the same biohazard that has ravaged the rest of the city. The police are trying to break into the sub-level storage room where the original Christmas massacre took place. They are also trying to get into the tunnel where the target vehicle entered. They're also switching vehicles to get away from the pursuit. They can't get to the tunnel because the signal is only one way out. They also have to check the driver's faces and pick up the tail of the vehicle that has entered the tunnel. They don't know how to get out of the tunnel, because they're not sure if the pursuit is going to end or not. They have to keep a close eye on the helicopter, which is hovering 330 yards above the ground. If the pursuit doesn't end, they'll have to kill the driver.
