The task is to try and get closer to the truth about what happened, including proving the innocence of deputy chief Takagi, and to figure out who has the file. He wants to meet with him, but he needs to give the file to takagi. He asks if they can arrange for someone to help him. He's got a message for fujimaru: "Help, fuji, my sister has got the virus" . He says it's too early to stop the outbreak of the virus, so they're going to have to wait until morning to do it. He tells her that they've had a lot of trouble the last night, and he wishes they'd called earlier. They're still suspicious of him, he says. He needs to go to the hospital and find out what's going on.
