The scene opens with Lin Fan apologizing to Bing for all that she's done to ruin his life. She's relieved that she broke up with Bing, because now she can focus on her work instead of worrying about her relationship with Bing. Bing is invited to a party to celebrate Lin's birthday, and he's invited all of his friends. Bing says he'll be back in the country after the party to record the soundtrack for the new movie. Bing's friends are all well-known music producers, and Bing introduces them all to Lin.
