The next morning, Kim wakes up in the middle of the night to find that he has been shot in the leg. He's not sure if he's going to die or not, but he does know that he'll have to spend the rest of his life in the hospital. Kim tells his wife that he doesn't want her to worry about him anymore, because he has a new love for her. He also tells her that he can't wait to see her again.
