"Prison after a Busy Day" , the narrator tells us, is a prison after all. He's just come back from prison, where he spent three years for inciting people to commit crimes. He wants the boy to get a little bit of money for the time he spent in prison, so that he won't be in prison for seven years. The narrator is all, "Gee, it's so sad that you're still in prison" . He also tells us that the battle between Mr. Gu and Mr. Yang has led to the shuttering of several stores of the Z-Group. He tells the narrator that he's been forced to find a buying agent to buy Z-Brand's clothes, since the company has stopped doing charity work in the area. He says that he has to protect the environment, since Mr. Z's group has gone out of business. Finally, he asks if he'll be able to talk to the man if he stops looking for him. The man says that if he doesn't stop looking, the man will show up at the place where he was supposed to see someone, and that's when the narrator realizes that he can't talk to him anymore. He sends the man a smile emoji to say hello.
