In this chapter, we learn that the surgeon is planning to sell the bodies of two of his patients to a third party. The surgeon is furious at the surgeon for shooting the patients in the head while waiting for the police to arrive at the scene of the crime. He says that he had no choice but to shoot the patients because they were planning to take his own organs. He also says that if the police find out what he did, he will be arrested for both murder and harvesting of human tissue.
