In this chapter, we find out what's really going on between Watson and Lockwood. Watson admits that he's overreacted to Lockwood's advances, and that Lockwood is a "dick" . He also admits that they've never been romantically involved, but that he would do anything for Lockwood, even if it meant saving someone's life. Watson tells us that he fell in love with Lockwood when they first met, but he was "straight" by then. He says that he always thought that if Lockwood was going to fall for someone, it would be him. Watson promises that he won't try to get back into the swing of things with Lockwood.
