In this short scene, Desmond tries to convince Conrad to keep the club open during the night. He tells Conrad that the Irish are planning to attack the club and that Conrad should not be at the club when the club is closed. Conrad tells him that he needs to get the heck out of there ASAP. He also says that if Conrad dies in the club, it will be a bad publicity for Conrad.
