He asks the girl if she is embarrassed that they are in front of the stranger, and she replies that they probably shouldnt be, because the princess and the emperor are very close. She tells the prince that it is just that the lady is very elegant, and the flowers are too loud for her, but the prince says it is not because she is too elegant, it is because she has a perfect match for him. He then tells her he is giving his blessings to everyone to get married.
