As the battle rages on, the children of the Tokugawa clan try to find the disguised Hori who is supposed to meet them at the castle. As they search for her, they find an arrow pointing in the direction of the castle and a letter addressed to them from "takuan-sama" . The letter tells them that the battle is lost and that they must return to the castle before sunset.
