He wants to know why there are so many people in the audience, and he wonders if the tap tap tap is the right tap for this town. Shu-Ling tries to calm him down, but he is too nervous to do so. When he sees the red ball, he is sure that it is the one that Shu-Jing picked up. He is willing to join the pavilion, but Shu-King tells him that a friend of his has used the same trick as well. The friend made the audience believe that a living being had disappeared from a room by swapping room numbers. He was an excellent magician, but his memory has been lost forever.
