In this chapter, we learn that the vampire's "command" is to "stumble sup" , which means that he's going to try to find the scent of hyungwoo, but he doesn't know if he'll be able to find it. He's not sure if it's a good idea to try and find a scent of someone else's body when you're trying to find a vampire. He says that if he were to do this, he'd have a lot of trouble because he hates humans. He tells us that he once wanted to take someone as a "kin," but he didn't because he knew that they'd be taken hostage, and he wouldn't have the patience to bite them. He wonders if it would be possible to rid himself of his hatred, if he kept it as a part of his existence. He asks if it is possible to remove hate from someone's life, and says that he has someone who he loves, but that he can't reveal his true nature to him. He wants to turn his misery over to someone who needs to learn to love someone else.
