Kim's father comes in and demands to know what's going on. He's worried that his son is trying to use him as a pawn in his scheme to get the blood of the young master. Kim explains that the problem lies with the fact that the family doesn't want to give up their blood, which is why they're trying to force Kim to give them. Kim says that he's the first vampire in history to have his own blood, and he wants to be the closest person to his master. He wants to make sure that Kim is the only person in the world who matters to him. Kim is glad that he likes him, because he'll protect him no matter what happens.
