This chapter opens on a secret federal planet called "An Unknown Planet" . It's a secret base, but it's also a dangerous place to be. The students at the academy have been sent to the secret base to hunt down and kill wild beasts. The instructors explain that the beasts on this planet are ranked from the strongest to the weakest starting from the lowest to the highest. If the students are careless, they may lose their lives. If they're lucky, they might even be able to kill the beast. The cadets are given three minutes to decide whether or not they want to participate in the hunt. They'll have to make a decision on their left or right, and they have three seconds to make their decision. They don't want to give up on the hunt, because the danger brings opportunities to improve their skills. They have a squad of mecha soldiers stationed at the base to watch over the cadets from the sky. They also have a special infantry force stationed nearby to back them up if something should happen to the cadets. This time, the cadets aren't bad, and the instructors are confident that they'll make it to the hunt safely. They just need to make sure they have the right equipment. They give the cadets a chip that will allow them to get free accommodation and to earn credits.
